Culianary innovations
As a member of the Brizo Blogger 19 group, I often receive sneak peeks of new products and innovations that they are cooking up. A couple of weeks ago, the folks at Brizo, the luxury faucet company, shared a wonderful video with us of a chat between Boston chef and former Chopped champion Jamie Bissonnette, who along with Chef Ken Oringer, is chef/owner of Coppa Restaurant in the So. End and Brizo lead industrial designer Seth Fritz. This is part of a new partnership between Brizo and Bon Appetit to highlight different perspectives on culinary innovation.
Through the video, we learn that Chef Bissonnette thinks about his cooking the same way that the Brizo industrial design team thinks about faucets. Enjoy!
