Trends: architecture, industrial design and urban living

Brizo Faucet's director of industrial design Judd Lord recently teamed up with esteemed architect Randy Morton to identify the trends that are driving the consumer experience as it relates to design and architecture in urban spaces.  Randy and Judd share their thoughts on emerging trends in designing for urban human experience and how they're creating work as vibrant, rich and dynamic as the cities themselves.  I think there is no question that design is getting more and more streamlined these days. Clean surfaces, environmentally friendly materials, ease of use and the return to smaller living space concepts are all having an effect on how we see our interiors whether we're city or country folk.

What are your thoughts? Do you see a streamlining in our design choices?
